Eating lots of fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, and minimal calories from fats is the best way to have a healthier heart and thereby better blood circulation. The idea would be that any food that makes you healthy, will spark up life in the bedroom.

-Vitamins in eggs can reduce performance anxiety in bed.
-Calcium in vanilla ice cream causes strong orgasms.
