5 things girls do to fit into their jeans

by Neel

Studies show that 80% of women college students are trying to lose weight. Why do they do it? Some women really want to lose weight since they are obese and most others face a lot of peer pressure and pressure from themselves.

Five methods teenage girls use to fit into their jeans are:

1.Diet pills:Hoodia has become a phenomenon of sorts with effects of dramatic weight loss and even improved sex life.
2.Laxatives:The idea is to eat as much as you want it and flush it out.But you don’t really do anything except abuse your delicate fluid balance.
3.Smoking:This is believed to cut down on your appetite.
4.Skipping breakfast:Staying hungry only makes you hungrier. You just end up consuming more calories later in the day.
5.Cutting down on sugar and having more sugar subs instead.

These methods don’t really work out in the long run. If you follow a diet plan and do regular exercises and then pop the diet pill….okay maybe you’ll pull down. But resorting to eating disorders and trying to turn into a supermodel on a no-calorie=no-energy plan is just going to tire your body out. Smoking just might take you to cancer hell. Most of the college -going women surveyed didn’t do enough on the exercise front and preferred to compromise on nutrition.

What do you do to lose weight?

As a guy I tried loads of things to lose the extra pounds until I came to my senses and realised I needed to do it properly. I then Ate healthier, Ate less and exercised more. And it worked, and it’s stayed off long term too. It really is the only way in the end.
