Anti-aging foods
You must dread the day those wrinkles will stare at you in the face when you look in the mirror. We all grow old and we all won’t do botox. So what can you do if you are terrified of the knife that promises temporary immortality? You could eat healthier food and exercise on a daily basis and of course always stay hydrated. What happens when you grow older is that highly reactive free radicals damage your cells and it starts showing.
I scouted around for some anti-aging finds. Here are some of my favorites:
Olive oil:This immortality elixir is high on vitamin E, giving your skin and hair that extra gloss.Olive oil contains monounsaturated fats and polyphenols(these prevent inflammation)
Ginger:Since this root helps metabolism and is anti-inflammatory it does wonders for your digestion and overall assimilation.
Honey:This sweet liquor contains vitamin B6 and calcium. It also helps to keep your body hydrated.
Pineapple: High on vitamin C and manganese this delicious fruit has anti-inflammatory properties as well.
Chicken:If you are a non-vegetarian, chicken is good for you since it’s rich in selenium, iron and zinc. Selenium is believed to have an anti -wrinkling effect.
