Battle of the belch
Are you upset by all that belching that you just can’t stop or someone else can’t stop:)?
Sometimes staying away from some of these foods can reduce all that embarassment:
-Legumes like beans,peas,baked beans,soy beans,lima beans.
-Milk and milk products if you have lactose intolerance(that means you can’t digest milk content)
-Vegetables like cabbage,radishes,cucumber ,potato,turnips and asparagus
-Fruits like apples,bananas,raisins
-Wheat bread,cereals,pastries
-Rich foods with a lot of fat content
-And coke the biggest culprit of them all!

Hey Neelima,
I stay away from Coke, just because I don’t like Coke.
As to the other marvelous food, and the belching… Geez, what would life be without some good, old-fashioned, healthy belching?
I have a sister-in-law’d been telling me forever that belching and farting are absolutely not necessary, not natural and completely uncouth.
She also claimed never to have done either all her life.
However, I shared an elevator with her once some years ago, and a recognizable odor arrived before our chosen floor. We were alone in that luxurious little box, and I smiled because from then on I was able to (politely) carry on these wonderful bodily functions sans comment.
