Burning 500 calories in a day

That’s ambitious but possible. Keep me posted onyour 500 -calorie -burn secrets on this forum.

Two ideas could be:

Cycle away for an hour.Cycling works wonders for people of any age group and because of the treadmill you can cycle at home regardless of the weather.The seating level is important. Adjust the height of the seat and be as comfortable as possible as a problem with seat height could tire you out. Yo start out with the warming up phase by pedaling gradually for ten minutes and then building up the speed and stretch.

Jogging for 45 minutes cuts down those calories like nothing else. If you are already in shape and trying to maintain the weight, this cardio is ideal for you. Make sure you don’t have any knee problems. When you jog make sure that your back is straight, that your foot lands heel first. exercise in such a way to maximize aerobic capacity based on moderate exercise level. As with all cardio exercises you build up the intensity from a slow-paced start.
