What is the Curves workout all about?
The Curves exercise is a successful gym program that stresses on a total work out program for women.So there is the usual warm up,aerobic exercise, strength training and cool down. Hydraulic resistance is the key. Emphasis is on pushing and pulling rather than lifting and lowering weights.
