Dancing diet
I have two left feet and so does my husband. So we never dance unless we are alone!
Dancing is a great low-impact exercise. It helps relieve stress, tones your muscles, improves your sense of coordination, doesn’t do much wear and tear on the joints, and improves your overall posture. Going to dance classes is a great way to socialize. There are all kinds of dance classes you can go to…ballroom dancing,flamenco,salsa,belly dancing, waltz,tap dancing…….
Who cares if you are not good at it? An instructor can help you through it and you can have a good laugh at your mistakes. If you are good well then that’s a great place to put on a good show!
Dancing is believed to reduce your blood pressure levels and improve your memory. Its a great way for people of all age groups to relax.
