How do You Deal with Rock Bottom Days?

by

I came across JM’s new blog and she used a phrase “I think I’m reaching rock bottom…” and I started thinking about all my rock bottom days and for me hitting that low means not moving out of my chair and getting the routine things done. It means just sitting and doing nothing. If some unfortunate soul comes before me, I could lose my temper and be unreasonable.

You know you’ve hit rock bottom when you read this.

How can you deal with those rock bottom days?

1.I’d say just do what you usually do. Moan, whine, complain.

2.If you have an inch of good sense think about whether you really want to waste your time and just go ahead with your routine.

3.Do something about it.Why do feel so low? Is it because of weight issues or a bad day at work? Can you change anything about your life? Is it the relationship you are in?

4.f analysing doesn’t work for you, go for a walk or just go back to bed and sleep it off.

Thank you to linking to my weight loss site. I think the best way of dealing with hitting rock bottom is to do something about it. Don’t let yourself sulk for too long or you’ll start looking for other things that are “wrong” too.

thanks for the link :) One way to deal with rock bottom days (for me) is to work, work, work and talk about it with someone. I’m feeling better now btw :)
