Listen and Be Ready

by

Listen to the voice guiding you and think of your goals. Pay attention to your feelings and you’ll know the right path to take. Temptations will crop up; that’s just how it goes. You will have slip ups; that’s just how it goes. Pay attention to the words you say and to your thoughts; they frame your future. When you are truly ready, the teacher (s) you need will appear.

The way to work your plan is to begin right where you are and apply yourself. Everyday have a clearer understanding and a greater expectation of the end result. The moment you think that you “have to” do something and think that what you need is more willpower, that’s when you know you’re up against opposition. You don’t need mental compulsion nor do you need to force yourself to concentrate, concentrate, and concentrate. That will make you crazy and it’s not something you can do forever. Get a clear picture in your mind of what you want and why you want it. Yes mental attention is necessary but neither feasting nor fasting, crying or wailing will get you there. Give yourself permission to succeed, relax and get on with the business of living.

It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why there is a problem in the first place.

Thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my thoughts. So often we let past and failed attempts determine what our future will be. I believe that every action begins with a thought self-assuring thoughts create focus; which lead to solutions. Keep reading Healthy BPM and I look forward to your comments.
