Listen Up! Your Body is Speaking to You!

by Neel

Today my guest blogger is Beth Turnage. Check out her astrological predictions on Astrology Explored! She has done a fantastic piece on how star signs can play a role in one’s health…..

Many of us ignore our bodies. We look at it as a vehicle to get us where we want to go. However, the physical body has its own intelligence and lets us know when something is amiss. The minor aches and pains of daily life are not just annoying. They are signals that
there is some life issue that is being ignored
.

Astrology can help you understand what your body is saying to you. Each of us has all the zodiac signs in our chart. Looking at the signs and where they are placed in your chart can help you recognize those issues that are nagging you.

A good understanding of your chart will help you recognize the areas of your life that need attention. You can get a free copy of your chart at www.astrodienst.com, or even better, consult
your local astrologer.

If you are having headaches, the issue you are facing has to do with personal courage. Aries rules the head, so look to where Aries is in your chart to see where you are shy to tread.

If you are having problems with your speech or voice, your body is telling you that you are neglecting the areas of personal wealth and comfort as these are areas covered by Taurus.

Are you working too hard? Are you not eating enough? Are you not paying attention to the bills? Itis important that you readjust your approach to taking care of yourself.

Are you having problems breathing, or with your hands and arms? The Gemini in your chart is telling you that you are not paying enough attention to communication issues. If you have neglected an important communication, or if you are spending too much time at manual activities such as typing, discomfort may manifest in your hands; look where you are avoiding to communicate and attend to that issue.

Are you having problems with your stomach? The stomach is ruled by Cancer, which is ruled by the moon. When you are having problems with your stomach you may be holding things in emotionally. It is time to take a good look at emotional issues that need release.

Are you having problems with your heart? Leo, rules the heart, and the area in life where we need to have others to pay attention to us. Look to where Leo is, and learn to ask for attention in the part of life Leo rules.

Are you having problems with your nerves and intestines? Virgo is the
sign that rules these body parts. You may be having trouble analyzing situations accurately, or you feel you are missing important details. A good hard look at those issues, perhaps with the help of a trusted friend or advisor may help put things into perspective.

Are you having problems with your kidneys or lower back? Ruled by Libra, persistent complaints in these areas displays you are having issues with making decisions and/or providing harmony and balance in your life.

Scorpio rules the procreative organs and life issues surrounding transformation. Problems with the reproduction organs signals an important need to pay attention to life issues that need a serious change in how you handle them.

Are you having problems with your liver and hips? Sagittarius rules these body parts as well as excesses of any kind. If your body is complaining to you through your liver or your hips, it is important to look at the things you do to excess that are harming you.

Capricorn rules the bone, joints and teeth and areas of life for which you need to take responsibility or need to show some sense. Often later in life, an elderly person will suffer a fall and become incapacitated because they refuse to let the responsibility of taking care of them fall to another person. A young person who breaks a bone may not be taking sensible actions and cause an accident. A clear understanding of what you are or are not responsible for is important to achieve.

Aquarius rules the circulatory system, shins and ankles and Aquarians need to
develop a sense of self as a person living in a body, instead of an intellect that is shackled by human flesh. Aquarians can be quite accident prone until they achieve a sense a union of with their physical selves.

Are your feet hurting? Pisces rules the feet and the spiritual and mystical side of life. Problems with the feet may indicate neglect of or a lack of understanding of the spiritual side of life.

The above is not intended as a substitute for medical advice. It is important to consult your physician and follow his or her advice for any condition that requires medical care.
