Salma Hayek’s Lesson on Body Image
Have you ever thought that you are not good looking enough? We all have our Ugly Betty moments. When Dorothy talked about Salma Hayek’s tryst with deformity, I was smiling cheek to cheek:) What the mirror tells you and what others see is different.
Other people see the potential inherent in us. I see my weaknesses. So I kill myself more than anyone else can because I’m too self-critical and analytical. A lot of eating disorders out there come from feelings of insecurity and lack of self worth.
Either you gobble food or purge it;this can destroy your body. Fixing the way you look at yourself is really the goal. If you can fix the broken mirror in your head, maybe you can start looking at your body in a new constructive light.

Great message, Neel. I know the mirror in my head is definitely in need of some fixing.
