Stress Busters and Not

Being positive is an important part of dealing with stress.

Five ways to deal with stress:

1. Be creative. When I’m stressed out, I play a song, scribble an angry picture, or watch T.V.

2. Talk,talk,talk to someone who likes you and will put up with anything you say.

3. Go for a walk.

4.Breathe,breathe,breathe.

5.Read this.

Five ways not to deal with stress:

1. Don’t binge-eat.

2. Don’t lock yourself in a dark room and turn to sedatives for sleep. Get your sadness out of you.

3. Don’t ignore symptoms of depression since being neurotic can kill you too.

4. Don’t take out your stress on your spouse, kids,neighbours and especially your boss.

5. Don’t blame yourself for your problems. Fix your attitude.

    Neel, Great Post! I believe positive thinking goes far in our lives. Our attitude and outlook affects our Health, Relationships and Surroundings.
